Larry Ong-Goldring MS. BCBA, LABA Founder and Behavior Analyst

Larry is a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) who lives in Boston with his husband, James, and their dog, Danny. He received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Religious Studies from Boston University in 2012, and then received his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons University in 2016.

Larry has worked across multiple settings with a wide age range of learners, and has worn many hats in his time working with individuals with disabilities. Art teacher, recreational activities leader, vocational coach, staff, supervisor, colleague, and friend - Larry has always taken a creative and socially significant approach to his role, while remaining grounded by scientific and data driven practice.

As a BCBA working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders, he is tasked to not only provide high quality treatment that is empirically validated and based on the science of applied behavior analysis, but also to ensure that treatment and outcomes are meaningful to them and their loved ones. Larry believes that a family is group of units, inextricably tethered by blood, by love, or by whatever human circumstance. Each is important and each contributes to the other being whole. This is the founding principle of Family Behavioral Solutions.
